Synopsis
Mayor Palmer’s murder is blamed on Paul Moody by fingerprint expert Jim Stover, who found Moody’s prints on the weapon. Reporter Brad Evans doubts the evidence, prompting Stover to investigate further with the help of the mayor’s daughter, Carolyn.
