Product & Engineering
The Product & Engineering team develops, launches, and maintains our top tech. They work with other teams to maximize revenue and efficiency. They continuously enhance products based on user feedback and data analysis. They stay updated with industry trends and technologies to keep Filmhub at the forefront of film distribution.
Content Operations
Filmhub’s Content Operations team manages the content lifecycle from quality control to delivery of assets across multiple channels. They work to ensure that Filmhub’s vast library of movies and shows is processed and delivered efficiently, providing channels with diverse film options. The team collaborates with other teams, such as our client-facing sales teams, to improve workflows, speeding up and delivering more films to channels worldwide.
Revenue Operations
The Revenue Operations team plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and optimization of operational efficiency. It is responsible for ensuring prompt payment and accurate reporting, which is essential for maintaining transparency and accountability. Revenue Ops also provides strategic and tactical insights to support our acquisitions and licensing teams, accelerating revenue growth.
Acquisitions
The Acquisitions team at Filmhub plays a crucial role in licensing films from producers, distributors, sales agents, and other catalog owners. In addition to acquiring films, the Acquisitions team actively nurtures relationships with essential industry stakeholders, such as those in marketing, press, and other areas crucial for enhancing the film’s visibility. This collaborative effort involves close coordination with the Content Operations and Sales Licensing teams, ensuring seamless distribution across diverse channels and reaching a broad audience.
Licensing
The Licensing team at Filmhub is responsible for licensing films to various distribution channels and negotiating the best possible licensing agreements. This involves developing strong relationships with streaming channels, cable, and telcos, monitoring market trends, and analyzing data to identify new growth opportunities.

Initial Conversation (Screening Call)
A recruiter or hiring manager will contact you to schedule your initial screening interview. During this interview, they will discuss your career interests and the details of the open role. Afterward, they will prepare you for the next steps in the hiring process.
- Review the requirements in the job description and be prepared to describe any related job experience not reflected on your resume
- Be able to answer the question, “Why Filmhub?”
- Be transparent about what’s important to you in your next role. It will help us talk about expectations up-front.
First Interview
The Hiring Manager will usually conduct this interview. We will try to find out as much as possible about how you work, think, and collaborate to assess your skills, experiences, and cultural fit.
- Be ready to provide specific examples of your accomplishments and experiences, including measurable results and impact.
- Be honest and transparent about your strengths and weaknesses and how they relate to the role and the company culture.
- Be prepared to discuss your long-term career goals and how they align with Filmhub’s mission and values.
- Ask questions. Use your chance to learn more about the job opportunity!
Second Interview
This interview will be conducted by a team member you will be working with. This interview will be more specific to the role you are applying for and will likely dive deeper into your experience and skills.
- Expect to answer questions about your relevant work experience, technical knowledge, and problem-solving skills.
- You may also be given hypothetical scenarios to assess your ability to think on your feet and develop solutions.
- Be prepared to ask questions about the role and the team to demonstrate your interest and engagement.
Technical Screen or Case Study
Some roles at Filmhub may require candidates to undergo a technical screening or a case study. This typically involves a video call in a real-time coding environment for Engineering roles, collaborating with one of our Filmhub engineers.
- Practice and research using any required tools as listed in the job description.
- We don’t ask trick questions and want to see you work as you normally do.
Third Interview
One of our founders will usually conduct this interview, and is an opportunity for us to get to know you as a person and assess whether you would be a good fit for our team. We are looking for candidates who share our company values and are committed to working collaboratively with others to achieve our mission.
- We will ask you questions about our company values.
- We may ask questions about your team experience, communication style, and problem-solving skills.
- We’ll also be looking for candidates who are passionate about the film industry and excited about the prospect of working for a company dedicated to revolutionizing access to the industry.
- We want to understand your personality, work style, and values to see if you would fit our team well.
Offer Stage
If an opportunity at Filmhub fits your skills and goals, we will contact selected references for our final evaluation. The Hiring Manager will then call you with an offer, and we also send an official offer letter via email with position details, compensation, benefits, and start date. Our team will help you make an informed decision and answer any questions. If you accept, we will support you throughout the transition, providing resources for your success and offering a comprehensive 30/60/90-day plan to ensure a smooth and effective onboarding process.
