HOUSE RULES:
❌This is a NON SMOKING property. If there is any evidence of smoking or smoke odor inside of the home, there will be an additional cleaning fee of $500 automatically charged to the card on file. This means no cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, or vapes. Please dispose of all butts appropriately. ❌No unregistered guests allowed on property at any time. ❌No parties/loud music ❌Please refrain from utilizing towels for tasks such as removing makeup, applying self-tanner, dyeing hair, or cleaning up spills. In the event that towels become stained and the stains cannot be removed, a replacement fee will be charged to guests (Washcloth - $5, Hand towel - $5, Bath Towel - $10). 🤐 Quiet hours 10PM-8AM
