Notion serves as our company wiki and includes Meeting Notes, tasks, strategy docs, project management, etc. We use it to decrease repetitive communication and align the team in a remote-first setting. If you have to repeat it twice - it should be in Notion.

- Google Docs organizing messiness (we don’t use Google Docs)
- Only use Google Sheets if complicated details or formulas are needed
- Replaces repetitive Slack conversation
- How do I do this?
- Where do I look up X?
- Allows us to work asynchronously
- Make team interactions more meaningful because the basics are already written down
